Ain’t Art is the science of singing. This is an experimental project to look at singing from a different angle. I learnt to sing through an anatomical and science viewpoint, I also am a Speech Pathologist and I know many things about the voice, but I want to know more. I’ll do this through interviews, research and experimenting.

At Cackleberry we love to cook, eat, travel, learn and share everything we know about food. Fresh local produce from farmers and growers we know forms the cornerstone of our range of tasty hand-crafted jams, relish, pickles and sauces. Our family recipes and original ideas are combined with good old-fashioned techniques to create delicious treats.

Blue Chook is a cafe set in the ‘outer’ ‘inner west’ of Hurlstone Park in Sydney. Designed around re-purpose furniture chef Antony Perring freshly bakes everything in the cafe which creates a friendly and tasty place to be.

Clunki provide resources and solutions to those on a Modified Textured Diet. For many years, David has worked with people with Swallowing Difficulties. Australia is in a unique position to transform the food culture for those who have had to modify their diets away from blended and bland into something that is enjoyable, healthy and safe.

Pass on a Book is a charitable organisation which supply resources and skills to children who are at risk of not achieving their academic potential. Pass on a Book currently supplies Speech Pathology services to underprivileged Pre-School children and adolescents in Juvenile Detention.

The Australian Voice Clinic provide excellent Speech Pathology services to residents within Aged Care Facilities and Hostels. Focusing on Dysphagia assessment, treatment and management within this highly complex and unique area of service.
